| Bubba-Q’s is a small, family owned catering business which provides quality service at a reasonable rate. We strive for excellence, therefore we select our own meat, make all of our own sauces, rubs, marinades and side dishes to give you that down-home taste you crave. Our award-winning barbeque is done traditional pit style. That means most of our meats are slow smoked for fifteen hours with selected hardwoods giving it a taste that people have requested time and time again. Bubba-Q’s is available to meet many of your catering needs. We are able to serve small groups or a company party for a few hundred. You can order or suit your style. Request only meat with my secret recipe sauce, to complete packages including table service, sides, desserts and drinks (non-alcoholic only). We are able to provide complete set-up by helping you find venues, tables and chairs, if needed. Your meal will be served buffet style by Bubba-Q's friendly staff, if you so desire.
