Bubba-Q’s started out as a small, family owned catering business that has now opened a sit
down restaurant.  We strive for excellence, therefore we select our own meat, make all of
our own sauces, rubs, marinades and side dishes to give you that down-home taste you
crave.  

Our award-winning barbeque is done traditional pit style.  That means most of our meats are
slow smoked for up to 13 hours with selected fruit woods giving it a taste that people have
requested time and time again.

Bubba-Q’s is available to meet all of your catering needs.  We are able to serve small
groups or a company party for a few thousand.  You can order or suit your style.  Request
only meat with our secret recipe sauce, to complete packages including table service, sides,
desserts and drinks (non-alcoholic only).  Your meal will be served buffet style by Bubba-Q's
friendly staff, if you so desire.
