Bubba-Q's
Our award-winning barbeque is done traditional pit style.  That means most of
our meats are slow smoked for fifteen hours with selected hardwoods giving it
a taste that people have requested time and time again.

Pork Loin
Award winning, whole boneless loin, that has been marinated, rubbed with
Bubba-Q’s dry rub and slow smoked with apple, oak and hickory hardwoods.  
Loin is thin sliced and served with Bubba-Q’s Spicey Honey Bourbon Barbeque
served on the side.  

Pulled Pork
Award winning, marinade injected, and dry rubbed pork shoulder that has been
slow smoked fifteen hours over apple, oak, and hickory hardwoods.  Shoulder
is  pulled and served mixed with Bubba-Q’s award winning Spicey Honey
Bourbon Barbeque Sauce, or on the side.  

Smoked Chicken
Award winning specially seasoned, chicken quarters, slow smoked with Hickory
and apple wood makes this a moist and tender favorite.

Beef Brisket
Award winning beef brisket that has been rubbed with Bubba-Q's dry rub and
slow smoked with oak and hickory logs to peak tenderness then hand cut into
slabs.  Great alone or for sandwich making.  I recommend Bubba-Q’s Homemade
Roquefort dressing on this one!

Babyback Ribs
Award winning rack of pork ribs rubbed with Bubba-Q’s dry rub, slow smoked
with apple and cherry woods and basted with our very own Spicy Bourbon
Butter Mop to absolute perfection.

Smoked Turkey
Award winning whole bird, injected and seasoned, slow smoked with apple and
Hickory wood to absolute perfection.  Original, Spicy Chipotle or Sweet Honey
mopped, your choice.

Iowa Chop
Thick cut marinated Iowa Chop, seasoned and grilled over hickory and apple
wood to a juicy perfection.

Grilled Ribeye
Hand cut 12oz Ribeye steaks, grilled over hardwoods and seasoned with Bubba-
Q's Steak-Shake seasoning.

Grilled pork loin "ribs"
Boneless pork loin "ribs", marinated and seasoned with Bubba-Q's Steak Rub
and grilled over apple wood.

Grilled Hamburgers
85% all beef  ¼ pound burgers, seasoned and grilled over hardwoods

Grilled Hotdogs
Premium jumbo hot dogs wood grilled.

Grilled Bratwurst
Wood grilled brat’s, slow cooked to a juicy perfection that snap when you bite
them, in a beer and apple juice bath!
